- Nine integrations shipped in September 2026, spanning sales follow-up, review management, inventory sync, and local listing updates.
- Every new integration was trained the same way Koira always works — shown once or described in plain English, no API or developer required.
- Self-healing is built into every integration: when a target site updates its layout, Koira re-adapts without you needing to retrain it.
- Yelp review response and Google Business Profile bulk-update integrations are the most-requested features now live.
- The Faire wholesale portal integration is the first Koira automation purpose-built for product-based businesses selling B2B.
- All September integrations are available to existing workspaces immediately — no plan upgrade required for most.
What Shipped in September 2026
Every month we publish a full accounting of what Koira actually shipped — not a roadmap, not a teaser, just what's live and what it does. September was the biggest integration month since launch: nine new site targets across all four work functions, plus one significant expansion to an existing integration.
Below is the complete list, organized by function. For each one we've noted what work it replaces, how it was trained, and whether there's anything you need to do to activate it in your workspace.
Marketing Integrations
1. Google Business Profile — Bulk Post Scheduling
What it replaces: Manually logging into GBP, writing an update, uploading a photo, and hitting publish — repeated across multiple locations or every week for a single location.
How it works: You feed Koira a content brief (or connect it to your existing content queue), and it logs into GBP on your behalf, fills the post form, attaches the image, and publishes on the schedule you set. It handles the character-count limits and image-dimension requirements automatically.
Why it took this long: GBP's post interface has changed three times in 18 months. We waited until the current layout stabilized before shipping a version we were confident would self-heal reliably. It's stable now.
How to activate: Open your workspace, go to Integrations → Marketing, and connect your Google account. Koira will ask you to show it your GBP dashboard once; after that it runs unattended.
2. Yelp — Automated Review Responses
What it replaces: Logging into Yelp, reading each new review, writing a response that sounds like you (not a template), and posting it — a task that takes 10–20 minutes per session and gets skipped when you're busy.
How it works: Koira monitors your Yelp listing for new reviews on a schedule you control (hourly, daily, or on a trigger). When a new review appears, it drafts a response in your voice — using the tone profile it built from your previous replies and any style notes you've given it — and either posts it directly or drops it into your approval queue, depending on your autonomy setting.
Tone matching: This integration uses the same voice-matching layer as the Gmail Super Mailer integration. If you've already trained Koira on your communication style, Yelp responses will inherit that profile automatically.
How to activate: Integrations → Support → Yelp Review Response. You'll need to log in to Yelp once through Koira's browser session.
3. Semrush Position Tracker — Weekly Rank Digest
What it replaces: Logging into Semrush, navigating to Position Tracking, exporting your keyword movements, and pasting them into a report or Slack message.
How it works: Koira scrapes your Position Tracker dashboard on a weekly cadence, extracts the keywords you care about (you define the list), and formats a digest — biggest movers up, biggest drops, new entries in the top 10 — then sends it to your email or a Slack channel. No Semrush API key required.
Caveat: This integration reads data; it doesn't act on it. Think of it as automated reporting, not automated SEO. What you do with the data is still your call.
Sales Integrations
4. HubSpot Free CRM — Deal Stage Nudges
What it replaces: Manually checking which deals have gone cold, deciding who to follow up with, and writing the follow-up message from scratch.
How it works: Koira watches your HubSpot Free CRM deal pipeline (via the browser interface, not the API) and flags deals that haven't had activity in a threshold you set — 3 days, 7 days, whatever your cycle demands. It then drafts a follow-up message in your voice and either sends it or queues it for your approval. This pairs naturally with the 5-touch sales sequence framework we published earlier this year.
Important: This works on HubSpot Free. If you're on a paid HubSpot tier with API access, you probably already have native automation. This integration exists for the majority of owner-operators who are on the free plan and have no workflow tools available to them.
5. LinkedIn Sales Navigator — Lead List Scrape to Outreach Draft
What it replaces: Manually working through a Sales Navigator search, copying prospect details, and drafting individual connection messages.
How it works: You define a search in Sales Navigator. Koira walks the results list, extracts name, title, company, and any visible context (recent posts, shared connections), and generates a personalized first-touch message for each prospect. Outputs land in a queue for your review before anything is sent. Nothing goes out without your approval on this one — LinkedIn's terms are strict and we're not going to get your account flagged.
Autonomy level: This runs at L3 — Koira produces continuously, you gate every output. We'll consider moving it to L4 (spot-check only) once we've seen how users interact with the drafts over a few months.
Support Integrations
6. Etsy — Seller Message Inbox Triage
What it replaces: Checking your Etsy message inbox multiple times a day, categorizing what each message is about, and either responding or flagging for follow-up.
How it works: Koira monitors your Etsy seller inbox, reads each new message, and classifies it — order status question, custom request, complaint, shipping delay inquiry, general inquiry. It then either sends a response (for the categories you've pre-approved, like order status) or routes it to your attention with a suggested reply for the rest.
Why Etsy specifically: Etsy sellers were the single largest source of support-automation requests we received in Q2 2026. The platform has no native auto-reply for sellers, and the message volume for active shops is genuinely unmanageable without help.
7. Trustpilot — Review Response (Expansion)
What it replaces: This is an expansion of the existing Trustpilot integration we shipped in June. Previously, Koira could only respond to reviews in English. September's update adds French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese response generation, using the same voice-matching layer.
How to activate: If you already have Trustpilot connected, the language expansion is live automatically. Go to Integrations → Support → Trustpilot → Settings to configure which languages should auto-post vs. queue for approval.
Operations Integrations
8. Faire Wholesale Portal — Order Acknowledgment and Restock Alerts
What it replaces: Logging into Faire, checking for new wholesale orders, acknowledging them, and separately tracking which SKUs are running low relative to open orders.
How it works: Koira monitors your Faire seller dashboard for new orders, sends acknowledgment messages to buyers on your behalf (using a template you approve once), and cross-references order quantities against your inventory thresholds. When a SKU's available stock drops below a level you set, it flags you — or, if you've enabled it, drafts a restock message to your supplier.
Why this matters: Faire has grown fast enough that product-based businesses are now managing meaningful wholesale volume through it, but the platform's native automation tools are minimal. This is the first Koira integration purpose-built for B2B product sellers.
9. Mindbody — Waitlist Activation and Class Confirmation
What it replaces: Manually monitoring Mindbody for cancellations, contacting the next person on the waitlist, and sending class-day confirmation messages to enrolled clients.
How it works: When a cancellation creates an opening, Koira detects it, moves the first eligible waitlist entry into the spot, sends them a confirmation, and notifies the next person in line that they've moved up. On the morning of each class, it sends a confirmation message to all enrolled clients — reducing no-shows without you touching the dashboard.
Caveat: Mindbody's interface varies by plan tier. We've tested this on Mindbody Starter and Accelerate. If you're on a custom enterprise plan, contact us before enabling — the layout differences may require a one-time re-training session.
One Thing Worth Explaining: Why These Nine, Why Now
We get asked how we prioritize integrations. The honest answer is: volume of requests weighted by how brittle the target site is.
Some sites we've had on the list for months but haven't shipped because their interfaces change too frequently for us to be confident the self-healing layer will keep up. We'd rather ship late and reliable than early and broken. The nine integrations above all passed our internal stability threshold — meaning we've run them for at least six weeks internally, seen at least one layout change on the target site, and confirmed that Koira re-adapted without manual retraining.
For context on how that self-healing process works under the hood, see our earlier post on how Koira self-heals when websites change.
How to Get These Running in Your Workspace
All nine integrations are available to existing workspaces today. You don't need to request access or wait for an invite. The steps below apply to every new integration — the specific screens will vary slightly by integration type.
See the how-to section below for the exact activation sequence.
What's Coming in October
We're not publishing a roadmap, but we can say: the two most-requested integrations we haven't shipped yet are Jobber (for field-service businesses managing quotes and job scheduling) and Calendly (specifically the host-side workflow — confirmation messages, reschedule handling, and pre-meeting reminders). Both are in internal testing now.
If you're running either of those tools and want to be in the early-access group, reply to any Koira email with the subject line "Jobber" or "Calendly" and we'll add you to the list.
Every integration we ship makes the platform more useful for every workspace — because the underlying automation engine gets smarter each time we train it on a new site. That compounding effect is the real reason to pay attention to these monthly roundups, not just the individual features.
“We'd rather ship late and reliable than early and broken — every integration passes a six-week internal stability test before it goes live.”
| Area | Done manually | With Koira (September 2026) |

| Google Business Profile posts | Log in weekly, write update, upload image, publish — 15–20 min per location | Koira publishes on schedule from your content queue, handles formatting automatically |
| Yelp review responses | Check Yelp daily, write individual replies, skip when busy — inconsistent response rate | Koira monitors for new reviews, drafts voice-matched replies, posts or queues on your schedule |
| HubSpot deal follow-up | Manually scan pipeline for cold deals, write follow-up from scratch, forget some | Koira flags stale deals on your threshold and drafts follow-ups in your voice for approval |
| Etsy inbox triage | Check inbox multiple times daily, categorize each message, respond or flag manually | Koira classifies every message, auto-responds to approved categories, routes the rest with suggested replies |
| Faire order acknowledgment | Log into Faire, acknowledge each order, track restock needs in a separate spreadsheet | Koira acknowledges orders automatically, cross-references inventory, alerts on low-stock SKUs |
| Mindbody waitlist management | Monitor for cancellations manually, contact next waitlist person, send day-of confirmations | Koira detects cancellations, moves waitlist entries, sends confirmations and no-show-reducing reminders |
How to Activate a New Koira Integration in Your Workspace
- 01Log in and open your workspace settings. Navigate to app.koira.ai and log in to your workspace. Click the Settings icon in the left sidebar, then select 'Integrations' from the menu.
- 02Find the integration by function. Integrations are organized by work function — Marketing, Sales, Support, Operations. Browse to the relevant section and locate the integration you want to enable. Each card shows a brief description and the autonomy level it runs at by default.
- 03Connect your account for the target platform. Click 'Connect' and Koira will open a browser session to the target site. Log in to your account on that site as you normally would — Koira observes the session and maps the interface. This is the one-time training step; you won't need to repeat it unless you change accounts.
- 04Configure your autonomy level and schedule. Choose whether Koira should post/act directly (L4 — spot-check via queue) or hold every output for your manual approval (L3). Set the run schedule — hourly, daily, or on a specific trigger — depending on how time-sensitive the task is.
- 05Set your tone profile or template preferences. For any integration that generates text (review responses, follow-up messages, inbox replies), paste in 3–5 examples of how you'd normally write. Koira uses these to calibrate its output to your voice. If you've already set a workspace-level tone profile, this step is optional.
- 06Run a test cycle and review the output. Trigger a manual test run from the integration settings screen. Koira will execute one cycle and surface the output in your approval queue. Review it, edit if needed, and approve or reject. This confirms everything is mapped correctly before you set it to run on autopilot.
- 07Enable and monitor via the activity log. Toggle the integration to 'Active.' Koira will run it on your defined schedule from here. Check the Activity Log in your workspace dashboard weekly for the first month — it shows every action taken, every output queued, and any self-healing events that occurred.
