Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of koira.ai and its subdomains (including my.koira.ai, build.koira.ai, app subdomains, and any related services) — collectively, the “Service”. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16 where required by local law). You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including actions taken by apps you install and workflows you author. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method on file until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan remains active through the end of the current period. We don’t issue pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Prices and included limits (workspace slots, feature availability) are shown on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Your billing is handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms; we don’t store your card details.

4. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Service use large language models (Anthropic Claude and similar) to draft marketing content, blog posts, captions, and other artifacts. Output is generated algorithmically. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, up to date, free of bias, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish, send, or act on it.

Blog posts and other long-form outputs KOIRA publishes under the KOIRA brand are reviewed by our team before going live. Posts published on app subdomains are reviewed by KOIRA before each app is enabled.

5. Your Content & Your Publishing

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit it solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post anything you publish through KOIRA — including posts pushed to third-party platforms through integrations or browser-based workflows.

6. Third-Party Integrations & Browser Workflows

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts (Stripe, Google, Shopify, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and, optionally, execute browser-based workflows via the KOIRA extension. You are solely responsible for complying with each third-party’s terms of service when you do so. Some platforms restrict automation; KOIRA provides the plumbing, but the responsibility for staying within each platform’s rules sits with you.

7. Acceptable Use

Don’t use the Service to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Send spam, scams, phishing, or deceptive marketing.
• Generate or publish content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or targets minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible-disclosure process.
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or plan gates.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Egregious abuse may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or continuous compatibility with every third-party platform. Nothing we say or show on the Service is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOIRA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account any time from your settings. We can suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if continued operation would expose us or other users to legal or security risk. Sections that should survive termination by their nature (e.g. ownership, warranty, liability) do survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email to your account address. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith directly with us at support@koira.ai and, if unresolved, settled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
